Eceteks implements a compatible and flexible planning approach in line with the demands of its customers. This approach refers to a roadmap in which all production processes from A to Z are managed by enterprise resource planning (ERP) and the last trends and new technologies are adopted.

Our atelier department, which we identify as the kitchen of production, perfectly conducts molding and serialization phases by using GERBER Accumark V12 software under the control of our experienced model shop chiefs, and ensures the commencement of the process.

The molds carefully prepared by our stylists under the control of our chiefs are converted into elegant and practical products in the hands of our sewing masters.

The serialized molds prepared as a result of the completion of the phases in our model shop department are transferred to our cutting department.

In our cutting department, molds are prepared for cutting operation in a quick and high-quality way by using automatic fabric spreading machines. Through our experienced masters and state-of-the-art equipment, molds are cut and finalized before sewing operation in accordance with the occupational safety standards.

The fabrics that have been cut in our cutting department are prepared for the sewing phase by selecting the most suitable production line upon completion of the printing and embroidery operations.

In the final phase, they are transferred to our state-of-the-art machinery, and smooth and high-quality stitches are obtained and production process is completed.

Preliminary control, snap fastening, quality control, ironing and packaging processes are implemented respectively. Snap fastening is conducted in accordance with the data sheet application standards along with the different calibrations for different products.

The products that go through the quality-control, ironing and packaging processes respectively are segregated upon passing through the metal detector, and are placed in boxes and prepared for shipment.
